Job summary

Erias Ventures in Maryland is seeking experienced hardware engineers to design and test integrated circuits and PCBs for signal processing applications, including firmware development for DSPs, ASICs and FPGAs.

Candidates must have a Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance and 7 years of HDE experience in IC design or reverse engineering; a BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering is required, with a path for industry growth in a dynamic, entrepreneurial team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• 7 years as an HDE in IC or microelectronic design or reverse engineering
• 5 years of additional hardware design experience may substitute for a degree

Responsibilities

• Assist with designing new products and processes and maintaining existing products
• Coordinate with engineering to ensure project completion
• Analyze components for manufacturability, reliability, and cost
