Job summary

Cindavi in Milwaukee seeks an Electronic Engineer II to design and validate LED lighting and power electronics for demanding real-world environments. You will work across the full product lifecycle, from concept through validation and manufacturing support, collaborating with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

The role offers technical challenge, daily variety, and opportunities to influence design decisions and mentoring of junior engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Design and develop LED lighting and power electronics for harsh environments.
• Translate customer inquiries and RFQs into manufacturable electronic designs.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce design standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement LED lighting and power electronics solutions for harsh environments with EMI/BCI requirements.
• Translate customer inquiries into manufacturable electronic designs and schematics.
• Troubleshoot complex circuit and system-level issues and communicate with customers and suppliers.
• Develop and improve design standards, testing methods, and best practices.
• Lead by example and mentor junior engineers.
