Job summary
NL Staffing is looking for an Electrical/Electronics Engineer in Germantown, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of hands-on circuit design experience, particularly in automotive and vehicle electronics. A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering Technology is required.
This position focuses on new product development and requires solid experience with LED lighting systems, switching power supplies, and EMI/EMC design. Familiarity with PCB layout tools like Altium or PADS is a plus.
Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on circuit design experience, ideally in automotive, powersports or vehicle electronics environments.
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Electronics Engineering Technology (BSEET).
- Solid experience with LED lighting systems.
- Experience with switching power supplies under 200W.
- Experience with EMI/EMC design.
- Familiarity with PCB layout tools (Altium or PADS).
- SPICE-based circuit simulation experience.
- Experience with new product development.
