A Hardware Design Engineer is needed for an American multinational technology company that develops, manufactures, licenses, supports, and sells computer software, consumer electronics, personal computers, and related services. responsibilities:
- Design verification for OVL programs (OVL1 and OVL3) and various host networking group designs.
- Writing and upgrading test bench code for verification purposes.
Key Projects- Verification design creation.
- Writing test bench and related code.
- Debugging waveforms and debug logs.
- Collecting coverage data.
- Reading and interpreting design documents.
- Collaborating with designers for updates and additional work.
Time Allocation- 60%: Writing test bench code.
- 20%: Debugging waveforms and logs.
- 20%: Coverage data collection, document review, and collaboration.
Candidate Requirements- Experience: 8-15 years in the field (preference for 8-12 years relevant experience).
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Candidates with over 15 years of experience are disqualified.
- Verification experience with UVM (Universal Verification Methodology).
- Networking and system-level experience (packet processing, Ethernet, TCP/IP).
