MUST BE A US CITIZEN (ITAR REQUIREMENT). Support a Fortune 500 Aero-Defense Company as a Hardware Design Engineer.

The Electrical Engineer supports the development, testing, fabrication, and fielding of highly complex military equipment.

Required:

• Ability to perform circuit simulation (PSpice or LTspice) • Familiarity with relevant military and commercial design standards • Experience with analog and digital circuit design and analysis • Experience developing technical documentation – such as drawings, reports, & technical analysis.

Typically requires 3+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field or 2+ years with a Master's degree

Preferred:

• Familiarity with MATLAB, Simulink, PSpice, LabVIEW • Familiarity with computer programming languages, e.g. C, C#, LabWindows/CVI • Working knowledge of OrCAD and Visio, circuit board schematic & layout tools • Familiarity with design for components in a high EMI environment • Systems Engineering and manufacturing knowledge. • Knowledge of rechargeable batteries and battery management systems • Experience with analog and digital circuit design and analysis • Experience developing technical documentation – such as drawings, reports, & technical analysis

• Experience with engineering design of wiring harnesses and cable assemblies for military systems. • Experience with integrating Field Programmable Gate Arrays and development of electronic control logic. • Experience with developing and integrating power generation, conversion and storage solutions. • Experience in the development and integration of ammunition handling/loading systems including autoloaders and large caliber rammer system.
