Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Electronics Circuit Design, Testing & Development.
• Experience in Aerospace/Defense preferred.
• Proficient in board bring up, debugging, Engineering validation testing, System integration testing and EMI/EMC testing.
• Analysing field failures, finding root cause and providing solutions.
• High speed interfaces like PCIe Gen4 and 10G Ethernet experience.

• Requirement analysis and preparation of design documents (HRD, HLD, LLD, PDR, CDR, DDR)

• Engineering Validation Testing (EVT), DVT, EMI/EMC, and Environmental Testing
• Field failure analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective actions

HCLTech is looking for a Hardware Design & Validation Engineer (4-7 years) with expertise in board bring-up, debugging, EMI/EMC testing, and high-speed interface validation (PCIe Gen4/10G Ethernet), preferably from Aerospace & Defense.

• High Speed Board Testing Experience like using the High-end Oscilloscope (16GHz+), able to perform Eye-pattern and Jitter measurements for High Speed Interfaces like PCIe Gen4, 10G Ethernet

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
