Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or information technology.
• 3–6 years of experience in hardware certification, product compliance, or cryptographic systems.
• Experience leading PCI PTS hardware approval or FIPS 140-2/140-3 hardware certification.
• Strong knowledge of cryptographic implementations.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware certification process for Futurex hardware.
• Act as the primary contact between Futurex and certification labs.
• Interpret certification requirements and communicate obligations to the engineering team.
• Provide technical guidance during hardware design to ensure certification readiness.
• Evaluate changes to hardware/firmware for delta certification implications.
• Manage complex certification projects with multiple stakeholders from planning to approval.
