We're based in Peculiar, Missouri, and serve clients throughout Kansas City, Missouri & Northwest Arkansas.
This role is ideal for someone with previous hardscape experience, but we're also open to fast learners who are eager to grow with us. We provide on-the-job training, excellent pay, and year-round work with plenty of opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installations of retaining walls, water features, and custom landscape projects.
• Operate compact equipment such as utility loaders and mini excavators.
• Run hand tools including cutoff saws and sledgehammers.
• Safely drive trucks and tow trailers (valid license required).
• Lift and transport up to 80 lbs consistently throughout the day.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions-rain, shine, heat, or cold.
• Follow foreman instructions precisely and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Maintain safety standards using provided gear (helmets, gloves, etc.).
• Bring a positive attitude to each site and contribute to a team-oriented work culture.

Qualifications

• Previous verifiable experience in landscape hardscapes is required (not general construction or woodworking).
• Must be physically fit and capable of lifting 80+ lbs regularly.
• Valid driver's license (Class E or higher).
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Owns a working cellphone.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for projects outside the metro area.
• Able to take direction and eager to learn through hands-on experience.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Full-time, year-round
• Monday to Friday (some Saturdays required)
• 45-50 hours/week, with overtime as needed
