Freedom Stone+Pondscapes LLC is seeking motivated, hardworking Hardscape Laborers to join our high-performing team. If you're passionate about creating stunning outdoor environments with water features, retaining walls, and landscape installations, this is your chance to work alongside craftsmen dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into art. Based in Peculiar, Missouri, we serve clients throughout Kansas City, Missouri, and Northwest Arkansas.

This role is suitable for those with previous hardscape experience, but we also welcome eager learners. We provide on-the-job training, competitive pay, and year-round work with opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installations of retaining walls, water features, and landscape projects.
• Operate equipment such as utility loaders and mini excavators.
• Use hand tools including saws and sledgehammers.
• Drive trucks and tow trailers (valid license required).
• Lift and transport up to 80 lbs regularly.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain safety standards with provided gear.
• Bring a positive attitude and contribute to team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape hardscapes (not general construction).
• Physically capable of lifting 80+ lbs.
• Valid driver's license (Class E or higher).
• Reliable transportation and a cellphone.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Ability to follow directions and eagerness to learn.
• Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Full-time, year-round.
• Monday to Friday, some Saturdays.
