Job summary

Capitol Flexi-Pave in Loudoun County is seeking candidates with hardscape construction experience to join a commercial crew. Projects include demolition, excavation, tree preservation, and porous pavement installation across Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC areas.

Qualifications

• Hardscape installation experience preferred.
• Demolition and excavation experience desired.
• Must safely operate small equipment (skid steer, mini excavator).
• Clean criminal history and valid driver's license required; transportation to job sites.
• English fluency not required.

Responsibilities

• Join a crew of commercial hardscape installers.
• Work on on-site improvements including demolition, excavation, tree preservation, and porous pavement installation.
• Participate in large commercial projects in NV, MD, and DC areas.
• Receive training in tree preservation and green infrastructure.
