Currin Outdoor Living in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Hardscape Foreman / Crew Leader to lead a 2-4 person crew installing patios, walls, outdoor kitchens, and natural stone projects. This hands-on leadership role requires strong hardscape skills, the ability to read plans, operate equipment, and communicate effectively with the crew to ensure high-quality work.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of hardscape installation experience, a valid driver's license, and a proven ability to drive project

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years hardscape installation experience.
• Experience leading or directing a crew.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with natural stone and concrete products preferred.
• Degree in landscape or construction field is a plus, bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a hardscape crew of 2-4 team members.
• Install patios, walls, outdoor kitchens, natural stone, and concrete products.
• Read and interpret designs, work orders, and blueprints.
• Coordinate materials needed for assigned projects.
• Operate landscape and construction equipment safely.
• Drive a light-duty dump truck and trailer equipment.
• Maintain trucks and equipment and keep work areas organized.
• Complete daily task logs and track crew hours.
• Coordinate with production leadership to keep projects moving efficiently.

Currin Outdoor Living is looking for an experienced Hardscape Foreman / Crew Leader to lead a 2-4 person crew installing high-quality outdoor living projects throughout the Triangle.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows hardscaping, can read plans, confidently operate equipment, communicate effectively with a crew, and takes pride in doing the job right.

What You'll Do

• Lead and work alongside a hardscape crew of 2-4 team members
• Install patios, walls, outdoor kitchens, natural stone, and concrete products
• Read and interpret designs, work orders, and blueprints
• Confirm and coordinate materials needed for assigned projects
• Operate mini excavators, skid steers, concrete saws, grinders, plate compactors, and other equipment
• Drive a light-duty dump truck and safely trailer equipment
• Check and maintain trucks and equipment
• Keep trucks, equipment, and work areas organized
• Complete daily task logs and track crew hours
• Communicate and coordinate with production leadership to keep projects moving efficiently

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of hardscape installation experience
• Experience leading or directing a crew
• Strong hands-on hardscape installation skills
• Experience operating landscape and construction equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Dump truck and trailering experience
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and carrying materials and equipment
• Experience working with natural stone and concrete products preferred
• Degree in a landscape or construction-related field is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus
