We are seeking new hardscape crew members to join our team.
Our primary tasks include various hardscape services for our clients, including the construction of patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and small structures.
Please Note: All new crew members are subject to a 45-day training period.

Qualifications:
- Motivated team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Bobcat and other landscape construction equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and dependability.
- Proficient in basic and general math.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience in the landscape and hardscape industry is required.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete tasks that the crew leaders give to you each day.
- Ensure the safety of the crew by following guidelines and protocols.
- Load & unload equipment, tools, and materials needed to complete daily tasks.
- Operate small machinery at the shop and on the jobsite.
- Aid in the construction of paver patios, retaining walls, and walkways.
- Aid in the construction of pergolas and privacy screens.
- Install large boulders, steps, and gravel.
- General drainage work and burying downspouts.
- Install LED low-voltage outdoor lighting.
- Basic grading, seeding, and sodding.
- General clean up of the shop and tools.
- Final walkthrough to ensure job sites are cleaned up and all of our tools have been retrieved.
- Other duties as assigned.
Compensation:
- Full time. ($17 - $24 an hour based on experience and skills).
- 401K with 3% company match after completion of your first season and start of your second season.
- 5 paid holidays.
- Paid Time Off will be available after the first four months of employment.

Schedule:
- Full-time 40 hours a week.
- Monday to Friday.
- 7:45 am - 4:45 pm.
- Work Saturdays only during peak season in spring and fall.
