Qualifications

• Previous experience as a crew leader or similar position is preferred.
• Snow plowing experience is required.
• Must have a Mass DOT (or willing to obtain one).
• Hydraulic/Hoisting license is a plus!
• Knowledge of all relevant safety regulations is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees follow safety regulations and company procedures.
• Guide team members on projects.
• Deliver feedback to management at the end of each day.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing efficiency and performance.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all equipment and tools.
