Job summary

Stock Executive Search is seeking a dependable Production Assistant to support the Production Manager and Production Coordinator with hardgoods procurement, inventory, and data entry. On-site in Brooklyn, five-day week with normal hours.

You will assist with ordering, tracking, and delivering hardgoods, maintain inventory records, process purchase orders, and enter data into our systems. This role requires strong organization, good communication, and a willingness to adapt to changing

Qualifications

• Experience in production, warehouse, or operations related to hardgoods.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Good communication and ability to work with vendors and teammates.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace; basic data entry/database familiarity a plus.
• On-site in Brooklyn; flexible to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM/PC with ordering, tracking, and delivering hardgoods.
• Maintain and update inventory records; help prevent shortages and overstock.
• Process purchase orders and receipts; verify quantities and quality.
• Enter data accurately into our systems; run basic reports as needed.
• Help with on-set or warehouse logistics (staging, packing, transportation).
• Ensure safety and compliance; assist with light administrative tasks.
