Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. in Fayetteville, NC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for our Hardee's location. You will lead shifts, uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness, and drive profitability while mentoring crew.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager and drive sales growth while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Interview and hire staff to meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Schedule staff to handle guest flow and control labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Conduct meetings on procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain inventory and cash handling procedures.
• Prepare reports and comply with regulations.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and safe operation.
• Uphold HR, sanitation, and security policies.
