Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to operate a Hardee's restaurant, stepping in for the Senior/General Manager and leading the crew to uphold quality, service, and cleanliness. You will recruit, train, and manage staff while focusing on profitability and guest satisfaction.

You will schedule shifts, control labor and inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies, while promoting a positive, professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
• Hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant in compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Schedule staff and manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Conduct meetings to discuss operation procedures, safety, and promotions.
• Maintain inventory to meet food cost variance standards and ensure product availability.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and cash controls are in place.
• Maintain a professional appearance and ensure compliance with HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
