Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. in North Carolina is hiring an exceptional Restaurant Manager for Hardee’s. You will lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver great guest experiences, maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness, and drive profitability.

As the on-site manager, you will hire staff, schedule to cover shifts, control labor costs, oversee inventory, cash handling, and ensure compliance with company standards. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Able to lead and train a diverse team.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Assist in achieving sales growth through maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness with constant focus on profitability.Job FunctionsInterview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow. Manage labor costs to meet company standard.Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew. Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
