Qualifications

• 2+ years of underwriting experience in Hard Money / Private Lending (required).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite Hard Money / Private Money loans (Fix & Flip, Bridge, DSCR, Cash-Out, etc.).
• Review loan files and borrower documentation effectively.
• Analyze property details, exit strategies, deal structure, and overall risk.

Skills

Underwriting experience in Hard Money / Private Lending

Fix & Flip and Bridge loan underwriting

Evaluating ARV-based deals

Understanding of appraisals and title reports

Attention to detail

Excellent communication skills
