Goodwill of the Finger Lakes is seeking a Wares Processor to oversee hard lines production, price and tag items per guidelines, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and team collaboration within a store environment.

The position requires standing for extended periods, lifting, and working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience and a high school diploma or GED are preferred, with cross-training for

Qualifications

• Able to perform each essential duty with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read and understand time cards and policy manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports.
• Ability to speak effectively and communicate clearly to other employees and customers.

Responsabilités

• Accurately assess and sort hard line products based on quality standards.
• Accurately tag and label products based on pricing guide system.
• Generates a minimum of 8,000.00 in store sales from items produced during every two week production period.
• Maintains a production minimum of 40 totes per day.
• Push, place, and maintain merchandise on the sales floor.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during packing and movement of equipment.
• Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude toward our customers and team members.
• Maintains clean, stocked, and prepared work stations.
