Job summary

The Salvation Army Pendleton Thrift Store is seeking a Hard Goods Sorter/Pricing Associate. This part-time role involves sorting, pricing, cleaning, and shelving hard goods for merchandising on the sales floor.

You will interact with customers and support the store in its pricing strategies while maintaining a clean processing area. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, retail exposure in a second-hand environment is a plus, and you should be comfortable with fast-paced workflow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Retail experience in a consumer environment preferred.
• Knowledge of second-hand products and pricing is desired.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced product processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Process items, price them, and shelve for sale.
• Maintain a clean, orderly processing area.
• Assist with loading/unloading donations and store tasks as needed.
• Support pricing strategies and merchandising schemes.
• Interact with customers in a helpful manner.
