Job summary

Advance Services Inc. in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Hard Armor Production Technician on 2nd shift (11:30 AM–10:00 PM) to support TPU and Autoclave production teams, performing material prep, handling, loading/unloading, finishing, and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow work instructions and production documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to perform hands‑on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to follow established procedures and supervisor direction.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities in TPU and Autoclave areas.
• Prepare materials, components, and products for processing per work instructions and production requirements.
• Load and unload materials and products from equipment, racks, carts, tables and fixtures.
• Perform general production and material‑handling activities: staging, sorting, organizing, cleaning, and moving materials.
• Assist with trimming, prepping, cleaning, and finishing products as required by the process.
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, SOPs, and supervisor direction.
• Inspect materials and products for defects and report issues to leadership.
• Support material movement between production areas to maintain workflow.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas per 5S practices.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Provide support to other production teams as needed.
