Job summary

NEXTAFF in Phoenix, AZ is seeking Production Worker for 2nd shift on a temp-to-hire basis. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm, with route access and a stable evening shift.

Responsibilities include operating machinery, assembling materials, inspecting products for defects, loading raw materials, transporting items, and collaborating with coworkers to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment preferred.
• Sharp attention to detail to identify defects.
• Self-driven and hardworking.
• Able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to assist in production.
• Assemble materials and equipment as required.
• Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality.
• Assist in loading raw materials to production lines.
• Transport raw materials between locations.
• Communicate with coworkers to meet deadlines.
• Conduct inspections and quality control of products.
• Assist in lifting, carrying and moving loads as required.
