Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years in sales, military, police or protective solutions.
• Proficient with word-processing, spreadsheets and databases.
• Able to compose and edit written materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full product lifecycle for hard armor lines.
• Define and execute product strategies aligned to customer needs.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Marketing and Engineering on roadmaps.
• Maintain knowledge of industry standards (e.g., NIJ) and ensure compliance.
• Work with Sales Representatives daily to support orders and bids.
• Assist customers through the purchasing process for hard armor products.
