Job summary

GEM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Nuclear Safety Site Liaison to support the Hanford Site in Richland, WA.

This full-time role focuses on coordinating interactions with DNFSB, DOE-HQ, and other oversight bodies, ensuring timely deliverables and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 9+ years of applicable experience or equivalent, and the ability to obtain a government clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 9+ years of directly applicable experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• U.S. citizenship required due to federal nature of work.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued clearance.
• Working knowledge interfacing with Hanford stakeholders and tracking/ reporting interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic, logistical, coordination and analytical support for oversight interactions.
• Coordinate responses and ensure timeliness and completeness of deliverables and documentation.
• Monitor oversight activities and advise on issues affecting programs or stakeholder interests.
• Support DNFSB, DOE-HQ and other oversight stakeholders as the primary point of contact.
• Develop, maintain and improve plans, processes and tracking tools to manage oversight interfaces.
• Prepare status reports and briefs on DNFSB/DOE interactions for management.
