Qualifications

  • Knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing, and basic electrical repair.
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance and repair work throughout office and commercial facilities.
  • Complete carpentry projects, including furniture assembly, cabinet repairs, and fixture installation.
  • Paint, patch, and perform cosmetic repairs to walls, ceilings, sidewalks, and other surfaces.
  • Conduct basic repairs and troubleshooting of building equipment and appliances.
  • Assist with furniture moves, office reconfigurations, and event setups.
  • Assist with minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance tasks.
  • Perform routine grounds maintenance and landscaping as needed.
  • Identify maintenance concerns and report major repair needs to management.
  • Maintain tools and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
  • Respond to urgent maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance and repair work throughout office and commercial facilities.
  • Complete carpentry projects, including furniture assembly, cabinet repairs, and fixture installation.
  • Perform painting, patching, and cosmetic repairs to walls, ceilings, sidewalks, and other facility surfaces.
  • Conduct basic repairs and troubleshooting of building equipment and appliances.
  • Assist with furniture moves, office reconfigurations, and event setups.
  • Will assist with minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC technicians with maintenance projects and repairs. (Ex. Switch cover replacement, light bulb replacements, unstop toilet, filter change HVAC units, etc)
  • Perform routine grounds maintenance and landscaping activities as needed.
  • Identify maintenance concerns and report major repair needs to management.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
  • Respond to urgent maintenance requests and facility emergencies.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience in general building maintenance, facilities maintenance, handyman services, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and facility repair practices.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
