Qualifications

• 1-2 years of residential maintenance/handyman work
• Own tools/ladder and reliable vehicle; smartphone with data plan
• Basic measurement, fasteners, anchors, and safe ladder usage

Responsibilities

• Assemble/install: shelves, blinds, curtain rods, TV mounts, furniture
• Minor repairs: caulk, touch-up paint, small drywall patches (<4”), hardware swaps
• Site protection and daily tidy; customer check-ins and walk-throughs
• Document before/during/after in CompanyCam; submit clean notes in ClickUp
• Flag scope changes, code/permitting triggers, or hidden damage for approval
