Job summary

Stellar Home Maintenance is seeking experienced handymen to perform a variety of maintenance, repair, installation and light construction tasks to ensure properties are well-maintained, functional and meet client expectations.

We handle finding the work, scheduling, routing, billing, and invoicing; you handle completing the job and providing a great experience for the resident. This is a 1099 contractor position with pay per work order and NET7/NET30 terms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience preferred
• Able to provide your own vehicle and tools
• Able to pass background check

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, installation and light construction tasks to keep properties well-maintained and functional
• Replace or repair fixtures, doors, windows, trim, and furniture as needed
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances and general electrical issues when possible
