Job summary

Stonehenge NYC is seeking a handyman to maintain a Manhattan building, conduct move-in/move-out inspections, and handle routine repairs across cabinets, countertops, closets, and appliances. You will inspect mechanicals and address HVAC/ PTAC needs in common areas and units.

The role emphasizes relevant maintenance experience, strong plumbing and electrical skills, and preference for candidates with residential-property background.

Qualifications

• Relevant maintenance experience is required.
• Experience with plumbing and electrical systems is required.
• Residential properties experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the assigned building and respond to work orders.
• Perform move-in and move-out inspections.
• Repair cabinets, countertops, closets, appliances, etc.
• Inspect building mechanicals to identify failures or breakdowns.
• Maintain inventory of building necessities.
• Service HVAC systems in common areas and PTAC units as needed.

Stonehenge owns and manages several luxury residential apartment buildings throughout Manhattan. We are currently looking to fill a handyman positions at One QPS Owner LLC.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance of assigned building
• Conduct move in and move out inspections
• Conduct daily routine work orders; repair cabinets, counter tops, closets, appliances, etc
• Inspect all building mechanical to identify any failures or breakdowns
• Maintain inventory of building necessities
• Perform any necessary repairs on HVAC systems for buildings common areas, office spaces and repair PTAC units as required for residential apartments

Requirements

• Relevant maintenance experience required
• Experience with plumbing and electrical systems required
• Experience in Residential properties is preferred

Compensation: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
