City Wide Facility Solutions of NC is in need of an additional Maintenance Technician to work in the Raleigh-Durham area. The right candidate will be capable of handling typical handyman repairs independently and in a timely fashion.

Must be comfortable with the following jobs:

• -patching and painting drywall damage
• -replacing light fixtures
• -furniture assembly
• -simple plumbing work such as replacing toilets or faucets

Previous experience as a handyman or background in related field
