Job summary

We are looking for a Handyman to join our team! Experience is a plus, can train on the job if needed.

In this role, you will perform residential and light commercial maintenance work that may include pipe fitting, insulating, welding, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, repairing buildings, floors, or stairs, and installing new equipment. You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as handyman or general maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of job site safety rules (OSHA).
• Knowledge of carpentry tools and methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Able to work at heights above 30 feet with ladder or equipment.
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs consistently.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and power tools for repairs.
• Perform flooring, drywall, painting, and carpentry tasks.
• Handle basic plumbing and electrical work.
• Maintain clean work sites; yard work and demolition as needed.
