Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team! In this role, you will perform residential and light commercial maintenance work, which may include pipe fitting, insulating, welding, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, repairing buildings, floors, or stairs, and installing new equipment.

You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work. Significant past experience as a professional maintenance worker is highly preferred, and a positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Care of Building
  • General cleaning
  • Cutting grass
  • Mulching
  • Raking and blowing leaves
  • Removing garbage and recycling
  • Care for plants around the building
  • Help with sorting received materials
  • Other duties as assigned
