Qualifications

• Positive attitude.
• Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance.
• Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA).
• Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry.
• Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (30) feet with the use of a ladder, lift, or bucket truck boom.
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• General Handyman Tasks: perform routine property upkeep and minor repairs, including assembling furniture, hanging fixtures and artwork, clearing gutters, patching drywall, and addressing basic preventative maintenance requests.
• Complex Handyman Tasks: troubleshoot and resolve advanced mechanical, structural, and carpentry issues, such as repairing misaligned doors and cabinetry, fixing broken trim, adjusting hardware, and reinforcing damaged structures.
• Larger Scale Remodeling & Finishing: assist with space updates and finishing, including drywall installation and finishing, flooring, painting, and room remodeling projects.
