Job summary

Broadway National Group is expanding its Mobile Technician division to service client facilities across the tristate area. Team members will perform repairs, maintenance, and installations, coordinating with internal teams for efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize service calls
• Respond in a timely manner and attempt to correct problems within first trip
• Communicate necessary information to provide cost-effective, efficient solutions
• Use multiple types of power and hand tools
• Conduct repairs such as patching drywall, painting, replacing drop ceiling tiles, Trilogy locks, and other maintenance tasks
• Operate and maintain company vehicle safely and professionally
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other services

Broadway National Group is expanding its Mobile Technician division to invest in the talented individuals who deliver hands-on quality and reliability. We currently have a team of about 20 technicians across the country and are looking to double in size by the end of 2027 nationally. Job Responsibilities

• Ability to coordinate with internal teams to prioritize service calls
• Respond in a timely manner and attempt to correct problems within first trip
• Communicate with internal teams’ necessary information to provide our clients with the most cost effective, efficient solutions
• Ability to use multiple types of power and hand tools
• Ability to conduct repairs such as, but not limited to; patching drywall, painting, replacing drop ceiling tiles, Trilogy locks, and any other building maintenance tasks
• Operating and maintaining company vehicle in a safe and professional manner
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other services

Job Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Team orientated player with ability to work independently
• Demonstrate a strong mechanical ability and have handyman experience
• Flexibility to travel within tristate area when needed
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Open to weekend and after hour shifts
