The role involves hands-on plumbing, plastering, and carpentry while adhering to safety standards. Candidates must be physically fit and capable of starting immediately, with shifts available in the morning, afternoon, and night.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in general handyman work.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Self-motivated and responsible, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs, plastering, and minor renovations.
• Maintain records of work performed and ensure safety standards.
• Respond to emergency repair calls and coordinate with contractors.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general handyman duties including:
• Plumbing repairs (e.g., pipe leaks, tap replacements, clearing chokes).
• Plastering, patching, and painting walls and ceilings.
• Basic carpentry and furniture repair.
• Support installation of equipment and minor renovation works.
• Maintain records of work performed and report completed tasks.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with safety standards and procedures.
• Respond to emergency repair calls and attend to ad-hoc assignments when required.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repair work when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in general handyman work.
• Good hands-on knowledge in plumbing, plastering, basic carpentry, and painting.
• Physical work required
• Physically fit and able to work at heights or in confined spaces if needed.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work Morning shifts, Afternoon shifts and Night shifts
