We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our property maintenance team in Los Angeles As a Handyman you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the proper upkeep and functionality of our properties This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a hands-on role in property maintenance and has experience with basic repairs and maintenance tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify any maintenance needs
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting plumbing electrical work carpentry etc
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment or systems such as HVAC appliances etc
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed
• Coordinate with property managers to schedule repairs and maintenance work
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
• Working knowledge of basic repair and maintenance tasks
• Good communication skills in English additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
