Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, patching walls, and fixing minor leaks
• Conduct repairs on appliances, furniture, and other equipment as needed
• Install new fixtures and equipment as directed by management
• Troubleshoot and repair various systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and security systems
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely manner
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed while performing tasks
• Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training or certification in a trade is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Handyman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and general handyman skills
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectivelyExcellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders and perform tasks that require bending or kneeling for extended periods of time
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and fellow team members

Working Conditions

This is a full‑time position with a competitive salary of $1000 per month. The working hours may vary depending on the needs of the properties but will generally be Monday‑Friday during regular business hours, with some weekend work possibly required. This position does not include accommodation.
