Your Responsibilities as a Handyman Professional

* Create, present, and sell project estimates.

* Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and drywall repair.

* Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions to address customer needs.

* Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.

* Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide updates on the status of projects.

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

* Assist with inventory management and procurement of materials as needed.

* Collaborate with team members and management to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, with proficiency in various trades and repair techniques.

* Proficiency in creating and presenting job estimates.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

* Own your own professional grade tools for a large variety of jobs.

* Licensed and insurable for driving our vehicle.

* Able to lift 50 pounds independently.

* Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time.

* Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $24 to $32/hr and is dependent on your experience.
