Job Details

• Type: Full-time
• Salary: $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs and installations
• Install and repair doors & windows
• Carpentry work: crown molding, chair rails, wainscoting, base molding, stairs, railings, shelving, trim
• Electrical work: fixtures, ceiling fans, GFCIs, outlets, switches, exterior lights, dimmers, service upgrades, breaker panel replacements, troubleshooting
• Plumbing: faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, garbage disposals, shut-off valves, leaks, troubleshooting
• Lighting system installation and troubleshooting
• Drywall repair and installation
• Interior and exterior painting/staining
• Roofing: patching small holes and troubleshooting leaks

Requirements

• 3-5 years of handyman experience
• Own basic tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, occasionally 75-100 lbs
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication skills and understanding of property management
• Fluent English
• Ability to work rotating on-call schedule
