Job summary

Dream House Builders is seeking a dependable Working Foreman to support day-to-day field operations on our residential construction projects. This hands-on role blends coordinating subcontractors and materials with general construction tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will oversee safety, quality, and schedules, communicate clearly with crews, and travel between nearby sites as needed. Growth into broader construction management is possible based on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous residential construction, general contracting, field supervision, or related construction experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with subcontractors, suppliers, and management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multi-site priorities.
• Willingness to perform hands-on field work in addition to coordination tasks.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors across active residential construction projects
• Communicate jobsite priorities, schedules, and expectations to subcontractors
• Monitor subcontractor progress and workmanship
• Identify incomplete or deficient work and communicate required corrections
• Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and supplier communication
• Move materials and equipment between nearby jobsites
• Assist with jobsite preparation for inspections, walkthroughs, and closings
• Travel between multiple nearby projects throughout the workday
