Job summary

RVI, Inc. is seeking a Wire Harness Production Lead to provide hands-on leadership on the production floor, directing activities and coordinating with management to meet priorities.

You will ensure safe, efficient manufacture of wire harnesses, train and coach staff, and monitor labor, quality, and documentation in our ERP system to support customer requirements. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules; candidates with two years of

Responsibilities

• Review daily production priorities with Management and communicate work direction to employees.
• Assign and adjust work to support production schedules and customer priorities.
• Monitor workflow through all wire harness operations (preparation, terminating, assembly, splicing, looming, testing).
• Identify production constraints and communicate issues to the appropriate department.
• Ensure accurate labor and production records in the ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, procedures, and safety requirements.
