Job summary

Perdue Farms, Inc. in Georgia seeks a dependable Wastewater Offal Operator to maintain safe, efficient wastewater and by‑product processes in a fast‑paced plant.

You will operate equipment, monitor levels, and help prevent spills while keeping the lines running smoothly. In this role you’ll perform basic preventive maintenance, assist with load transfers, and coordinate with drivers to ensure timely removal of by‑products.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean shakers and tumblers with a high-pressure hose as scheduled.
• Perform minor preventative maintenance and lubrication by checking oil levels and belts.
• Transfer blood onto tankers using a 6’ hose 4” in diameter and monitor levels.
• Cover loads prior to removal from work area.
• Obtain ladder and extend canvas cover by turning crank.
• Notify drivers by phone when by-product loads are full and need to be removed.
