Job summary

The Eastwood Company in Pottstown, PA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee our satellite warehouse operations. You will lead four associates in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping while coaching staff and coordinating daily workflow to meet customer orders on time.

Qualifications

Experienced warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience in receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, or distribution operations.
Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Clear and effective communication with employees and leadership.
Ownership of results and proactive problem solving.
Comfortable using warehouse management systems and RF scanners.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support a team of four warehouse associates responsible for receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping.
Coordinate daily workflow to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
Monitor productivity, quality, and safety while providing real-time coaching and feedback.
Track performance in metric scorecard.
Train new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment, and safety expectations.
Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment by enforcing company policies and OSHA guidelines.
