Job summary

The Eastwood Company is seeking a part-time Pick Pack associate for our Eastwood facility in Pottstown, PA. This role supports order fulfillment during the 5:00pm–10:00pm window, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility within these times.

You will pick and pack orders, select boxes and materials, and scan items to ensure accurate shipments while collaborating with teammates to maintain a fast, error-free operation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse or packaging is preferred.
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Basic computer skills including scanning orders.
• Ability to pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
• Select proper box and packing material.
• Scan orders to verify items before shipment.

What You'll Do

• Pick and pack customer orders for shipment
• Select the proper box and packaging material
• Scan orders to ensure customers receive what they ordered
• Work both independently and with others pitching in where needed to drive a positive customer and operations experience

Physical Requirements

• Read orders on both paper and a computer screen
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequently bend, reach, grasp, stoop, and lift products
