Job summary

The Eastwood Company is seeking experienced Warehouse Pick Pack team members for its facility in Pottstown, PA. Join a company built around automotive passion and help ensure every package leaves our warehouse accurately and on time.

At Eastwood, team members play a critical role in the customer experience as the last people to handle an order before it ships. You will pick orders, select proper packaging, and scan items to confirm accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Have previous related experience.
• Pay attention to detail.
• Familiarity with computers, similar to scanning products at self-checkout.
• Pick and pack customer orders as if you were the customer receiving it.
• Can work both individually and as part of a team.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities while keeping your focus.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
• Select the proper box and packaging material.
• Scan orders to ensure customers receive what they ordered.
• Work both independently and with others pitching in where needed to drive a positive customer and operations experience.

What You’ll Do

Physical Requirements

• Read orders on both paper and a computer screen
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequently bend, reach, grasp, stoop, and lift products
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and quality standards
