Job summary

Alliance Markets & Vending in Federal Way, WA is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team. You will ensure the right products are picked, staged, and ready for drivers each morning, while managing scheduling, training, and safety compliance.

You will actively supervise pickers, coordinate daily operations, monitor performance, and collaborate with route teams to maintain efficiency and accuracy. The role requires forklift experience and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, distribution or inventory experience required.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage employees, prioritize work and accountability.
• Forklift experience preferred; safe operation of equipment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
• Dependable, proactive and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and support warehouse staff.
• Create and manage employee schedules and coverage.
• Oversee picking, staging and daily operations.
• Train new employees on procedures and safety.
• Provide coaching and performance reviews.
• Monitor attendance, productivity and address issues.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and minimize shortages/waste.
• Coordinate receiving, storage and organization of products.
• Collaborate with route supervisors to ensure correct picking and staging.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Load, unload and move pallets and products.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and enforce safety procedures.
• Identify shortages or damaged products and report issues.
• Suggest improvements to warehouse organization and workflow.
• Assist management with inventory reporting.
