Wurth Group of North America Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist for ourGreenville, SC warehouse. This full-time hourly role emphasizes reliability, organization, and customer service with growth potential.

Responsibilities include storing products in bin locations, pulling orders, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining an organized warehouse. The ideal candidate works well in a team and can handle overtime and varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team
• Must be able to work overtime and variable shift/hours
• Demonstrated ability with Warehouse Management Software
• Proven ability to manage detail on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to interface with customers and employees fostering excellent communication skills and customer service
• Follow all items as laid out in Operations Manual and job description
• Able to be forklift certified

Responsibilities

• Correctly store products in appropriate bin locations
• Accurately pull product according to customer order
• Use proper procedures for loading and unloading trucks
• Maintain warehouse organized and clean
