Priority Tire in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our warehouse floor and drive productivity. You will own results, coach a team, and uphold safety and efficiency across shifts in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Forklift and forklift trainer certifications are preferred.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

If you meet the following criteria, we want you as our Warehouse Operations Supervisor!

• Valid driver's license
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

A bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or a related field, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets, NetSuite or RF Smart experience, startup or e-commerce experience, knowledge of HR policies and regulations, and forklift and forklift trainer certifications are preferred.

DAY-TO-DAY

This is a full-time, on-site position working either A-Shift (Sunday-Wednesday) or B-Shift (Wednesday-Saturday) on a 10-hour schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

As our Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you'll by promote a safe and compliant workplace, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring productivity and quality standards are achieved. You'll spend time coaching and motivating team members, supporting employee growth through cross-training and hands-on development, and leading by example to create a positive, accountable culture. You'll also assist with recruiting, employee selection, performance evaluations, and disciplinary processes while partnering with leadership to continuously improve operational performance and team success.
