Job summary

Velociti Services is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to oversee forklift operations, warehouse support, and cleaning in a large distribution facility. You will supervise forklift drivers, cleaners, and site staff, ensuring safety, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 2+ years supervisory experience in warehouse or facilities, strong communication and organization, and the ability to balance warehouse and cleaning priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse, distribution, facilities or janitorial operations.
• Experience supervising forklift drivers or material-handling teams preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety and forklift operations.
• Cleaning, custodial, or floor care experience preferred.
• Experience supervising hourly employees.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of forklift drivers and warehouse support employees.
• Manage forklift staffing, assignments, productivity, and attendance.
• Ensure safe operation of forklifts and compliance with safety requirements.
• Ensure inspections are completed and report maintenance needs.
• Monitor warehouse traffic and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with customer leadership on priorities and staffing.
• Address performance, safety, and operational issues promptly.
