Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems LLC in Kentucky seeks a Supply Chain Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, oversee inbound/outbound dock operations, and ensure safe, efficient material flow in a high-tempo manufacturing environment.

You will manage a team, apply lean methods, drive 5S and continuous improvement, coordinate with Quality and Production, and maintain ERP data accuracy to support on-time delivery and inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years combined experience in Material Handling, Inventory, Shipping & Receiving.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in ERP functionality.
• Minimum of 2 years direct supervisor experience managing floor-level personnel.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional understanding of inventory and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse and dock material handling activities with MHE to ensure safe transfer and high-density storage.
• Oversee inbound dock operations including receiving, PO verification, and cross-docking.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ERP transaction logging; investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to quarantine damaged/non-conforming parts.
• Supervise, train, and motivate team staff; manage scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Identify and execute 5S and continuous improvement projects to streamline operations.
