Job summary

Full Circle seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in a Texas facility. You will supervise warehouse staff, manage material handling, and uphold inventory accuracy while coordinating with production and other departments. Saturday work and overtime may be required.

The role emphasizes hands-on floor leadership, ensuring safety compliance, productive workflows, and adherence to company policies across shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
• Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience required.
• Experience managing employees in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, inventory, or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA and general warehouse safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations for the assigned shift.
• Supervise, coach, and provide direction to warehouse associates, material handlers, forklift operators, and other personnel.
• Assign daily work responsibilities and ensure staffing and coverage.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, breaks, lunches, and schedules.
• Conduct shift-start meetings and communicate priorities, safety, and production needs.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, material movement, picking, staging, and shipping.
• Ensure materials are received, labeled, stored, tracked, and delivered to production areas.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials.
• Monitor productivity and identify bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, HR, Logistics and others.
• Enforce safety policies, PPE, housekeeping, and warehouse procedures.
• Address performance and conduct concerns, document as needed.
• Assist with training, onboarding, cross-training, and development.
• Ensure safe operation of forklifts and material-handling equipment.
• Complete shift reports and handoff to incoming manager.
• Escalate safety, staffing, inventory, quality, or operational concerns.
• Support continuous improvement focused on safety, productivity, and accuracy.
